Nate Giwoff Specializes in investment sales, distressed sales and retail/office leasing. His expertise in site location and lease negotiation has included consulting with major national retailers such as Walgreens, Chipotle and Fedex Kinko’s. Since the dramatic shift in the commercial real estate markets in late 2008, Nate has been active in the evaluation and disposition of distressed assets throughout California, Arizona and Nevada.
Nate has an extensive background in computer technology, in part as an IT expert for the Army in Iraq. His IT expertise combined with a degree in business management has supported his effective marketing and negotiation skills to advance his clients interests in any market. Using this advantage and exploiting both traditional and non traditional marketing techniques he has been involved in over 300 closed transactions resulting in over $125 million in added value to the real estate market.
